Diana went to be with her family in heaven on March 5, 2019.

Born January 27, 1952 in Virginia to LeRoy and Merna Howard.She lived in 3 European countries and various states for the next 17 years.

In 1970 she graduated from Douglas High School located in Box Elder, South Dakota.

Diana entered the Air Force in 1973.

She had a previous marriage which resulted in the birth of 2 children.

In 1987 she met and married the love of her life, Russell Chinn. They established their home in Hillsboro, Oregon.In 1989, Russell adopted her two children.Together the family lived in Aloha, Oregon until her daughter was murdered in 1989. She resided in Canby, Oregon until her death.

She was very crafty, artistic and involved in her church.Diana was a humble woman and a born again Christian.

She is preceded in death by her daughter, Autumn, her father and grandparents.

She is survived by her husband Russell, her son Brian, mother Merna Alger, Brother Robert Howard and his wife Candy, Sister Leesa Samson and her husband Andy and many nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
